Isolate main electrical supply from gas pump motor engine. Advice your installer's not to connect your gas circuit switch to automatically start the motor engine. The gas pump dispenser should be operated by a different switch. It is best to have a separate switch for your gas pump dispenser, so you manually switch itself. This startup is important as in a case of power supply failure, high or low voltage, the motor engine is very powerful than the gas pump dispenser thus preventing damages if connected together.
If you want to run your gas skid filling system without power supply failure, it is best you have a reserve power changeover available. You can get a diesel powered generator or maybe a solar panel system for a 24hours operation of the gas skid filling system, because low voltage generators are less capacity and not very capable to run a whole gas skid filling system. Low voltage produces low pressure of LPG, and runs gas skid slow.

NOTE: The gasoline generator don't have to power the whole gas plant facility. You can just connect power circuit only to the gas skid, and through finds another means of powering through rest of the building.
