RETURN POLICY
All items/products sold on Naija LPG are believed to be authentic and not counterfeit. Our sponsors are truth worthy, reliable and do not sell products that have been replicated, or reproduced.
In a case if a buyer receives a product determine to be unauthentic, our sponsors will facilitate and replace product or give a refund based on what the buyer want. If refund, it will be done within 14 working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
We take our responsibility to provide a safe platform for buying online very seriously and thus includes merchandise/product authenticity. We constantly work hard to improve how we detect and prevent inauthentic/counterfeit products from reaching our marketplace because we know that our customers trust us that they are buying quality and authentic when they shop on Naija LPG.
It's our job to provide an online marketplace deserving of trust and this is why we stand behind the products sold on our website with our 100% buyer protection programs.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
As stated earlier, products sold on Naija LPG by our sponsors are believed to be authentic and free from defects.
If buyer finds any of the products defective after purchase within 7 days of original purchase, our sponsors agrees to replace, refund such product discovered to be defective with such period upon its receipt of the product, as long as the product is still in stock at that moment. In the event the product is no longer available, our sponsors retains the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater valve.
