1. To use your new gas stove valve, make sure the control valve is delivered with the company seal.
2. Always check the rubber tubes associated with your LPG cylinders. They should not be damaged or found to be leaking. You should obtain approved rubber tube and LPG accessories From authorized dealer only.
3. Check whether sealing ring (O-rubber) is in place inside the cylinder bottle valve by feeling it with the help of your little finger tips. Do not use cylinder if the ring rubber is missing. Put back the safety cap and contact your distributor for replacement of cylinder. Attempting to use the gas cylinder bottle with the sealing ring rubber installed, can lead to gas leakage which can cause unwanted dangerous situations.
4. Replacing your old gas stove valve with a new one is very easy and can be done by turning the gas stove burner & valve anticlockwise after fitting it correctly onto the cylinder bottle.
5. If you are unable to fit the gas stove burner & valve onto your cylinder bottle, check if the sealing rubber (O-ring) is properly fixed. Do not force the handle, but restart following operations described above.
6. On cylinder bottles, if a leak is suspected, turn off gas supply immediately. Gas leakage can occur in case of accidental detachment or breakage.
7. To switch on the cylinder gas stove, hold a lighted matchstick near the burner head of the stove and turn the knob. In case of the flow of gas being higher than the capacity of the gas stove valve control, contact your supplier.
