VALVE
on the LPG gas cylinder bottle allows the gas to pass through the regulator to the stove. Most gas cylinders do not need connecting hose piping connected to the regulator outlet. In most cases, you just have to attach/fit-in a gas stove on the cylinder bottle valve and you're good to go. These type of gas cylinders includes the 3kg, 6kg, 5kg, and the 10kg. And mostly, a gas stove can also be connected to a 2kg LPG containers.

Gas stove makes it easy for cooking anywhere, anytime. No need to connect rubber hose to a regulator outlet before usage. In some countries, they are known as camping gas.

However, I can't deny the fact that LPG regulators can also be used on some domestic gas cylinder bottles such as the 3kg, 5kg and other medium sized gas cylinders. But the advantage of a gas stove is that it can be used at a "GO". More suitable for outdoor holidays, camping, vacations and also easy to use by anyone - be it students, chefs, fast food restaurants and so on.

Fitting The Gas Stove On Gas Cylinder Bottle

1. When ordering gas stoves or cylinder bottles, it must be of approved quality.

2. Before fitting the gas stove, always check the rubber tubes associated your LPG cylinders. They should not be damaged or found to be too wide.

3. Check whether sealing ring (o-rubber) is in place inside cylinder bottle valve by feeling the same with the help of your finger tip. Do not use cylinder bottle if the ring rubber is missing. Put back the safety cap and contact your distributor for replacement of cylinder bottle.

4. Gas leaks can occur from defective rubber tubing one that connect the cylinder outlet to your burner (gas stove). This is very dangerous. Gas can escape. Seal rubber helps reduce iron to iron friction of valve and regulator. It also help tighten regulator on the valve.

5. Keep the vessel closed. Never leave the gas stove control handle in "ON" position before installation.

6. Gently place your gas stove onto the cylinder bottle valve, turning anticlockwise until it is firmly and properly attached on the gas cylinder head.

7. If the gas stove is not correctly connected to the valve, this will follow escape of gas with a hissing sound emitting pungent smell of same like rotten egg, alerting you. Make sure the gas stove is properly fitted onto the valve and push down firmly and vertically until the cushioned seal is metal to metal contact. The gas stove should be hardern to remove, which means it is securely fitted to the gas bottle.

8. After fitting the gas stove correctly onto the valve, gas flow can be opened by turning the knob. Most gas stove control knob comes with a simple gear "ON" and "OFF" direction.

If you are still not getting the installation, please do contact your supplier for demostration or restart the following operations described above. It is always recommended to use gas cylinders outdoor, however, gas stove is much more easy and safer. You just only need to attach the cooking stove onto your gas cylinder bottle, then you are good to go.

Gas stove are mainly used indoors at home, always make sure to keep windows open to ventilate your kitchen. Do not use long curtains on windows if your cooking appliance is near. It can blow over the burner and catch fire.

To switch on the burner, hold a lighted matchstick near the burner head of the stove and turn the knob "ON". Always smell for leakage if LPG gas before lighting the gas stove, if necessary With soapy water. Lastly, never leave the gas stove in "ON" position after cooking is over or during night.
