NOTE: Only skilled persons must work on gas circuits. And also replace adapters, valves and regulators as recommended by relevant regulators in country of use.
Choose your appliance. First, you decide on which LPG gas appliance you wish to have and also what was you are supplied. LPG is distributed in two main forms - commercial propane and commercial butane. Make sure you specify the LPG version of the appliance, as they are slightly different from the natural gas models. Using the wrong LPG gas for an appliance, can cause device to malfunction or prevent it from working altogether.
Until the time of installation, make sure cylinder bottles are stored outdoors, protected from weather, atmospheric agents and direct sunlight. It must not be knocked or dented in anyway. Before installation, inspect all the products for damage and dirt. Damaged products must not be installed.
For installation, you paid only for the cost of appliance and the workmanship labour. You do not need to buy the gas cylinder bottle. Private companies will deliver that. To add LPG to your home, you engage a license gas vendor. With permanent home pipe outdoor, connect your regulator to your gas cylinder, with the hose connect to one end, fasten with a clamps. You can make a special pigtails from purchased accessories online. You then connect the gas line from the regulator to your LPG appliance.
