* Offer some delivery service. Provide phone number for customers to make enquires or Issue complains.
* Offer free or low cost repairs and maintenance on cylinder bottles, regulators, valves, painting and so on.
* Offer home installation of LPG cylinder for a token.
* Setup standard time for employees, and if you have weekends, set up comfortable time for resuming. Normally, time to resume on weekends are very different from weekdays. You can employ two attendants or sales stuff at each pump dispenser, just in case of unplanned situations like health issues, family or personal problems, emergency. So in such cases, the other person can stand for him/her.
* Do not delay salaries and make sure you pay your employees well enough, as this will prevent them getting involved in suspicious activities.
* Always appreciate your workers. Compensate them for a job well done. Let them know there is room for improvement, and also paid them extra commission for every good job done.
* Give breaks and holidays. It must be observed, which is a good idea to have a manager that supervise all doings at the gas plant facility.
* Take seminars and trainings. On various topics, especially on safety, first aid and how to properly use equipments. LPG is a strong gas and your employees need to be properly trained on fire safety; on how to use extinguishers or prevent fires.
