Most engineers won't be able to tell you the actual price. Some say 1.5million, lol. While others say #3.5million, however, the breakdown of the cost should first start from the tank. How much is a 1.5tons tank now sold for?

I think it depends on the liters of gas it can contain, there are different prices depending on the size of the tank. You may be wrong to say it cost least not less than 1.5million. Most people just don’t know anything concerning LPG gas business.
It is a lie. The pump alone ranges from 600k to 900k... So don't go give your money to scammers. Even some individuals online don't know anything about it.

How can a complete 1.5tons be 1.5 million? I laughed in Chinese. Let them admit to their ignorance and stop claiming right. It should cost you close to 3.5million. The 3.6million naira can mount everything, with the 1.5tons tank plus the dispenser.
See, just give a professional 3.5million, if he could not set up a gas business of 1.5ton. for you, then get him arrested. Lol. However, due to the current economy situation in Nigeria, I will advise you budget close to N4.2 million naira to construct a brand new one - local fabricated LPG tank with single nozzle dispenser.
Here is an estimated price:
• Water pump: N200,000 naira upward
• Local fabricated LPG tank: N2,000,000 or more, depending on the condition and seller
• Single nozzle dispenser: N750k - N850,000 naira, depending on exchange rate
• Workmanship: depending on the engineer and your negotiating skills.
But in this situation, I always advised getting a good fairly used 1.5tons complete setup skid, as this is less expensive than building from scratch. The only problem with fair used skid is you must go with a professional technician when buying so to inspect for any faults. You can get from third parties sellers at the range of N3.5m to N3.8m, depending on your negotiating skills.

With what I know, N3.5 million naira you can get it, foreign tank and dispenser but if it’s naija made products, it’s about 2.5m to 3 million naira.
