Tips On How To Solve Overweight And Underweight Digital Scale Reading For LPG Cooking Gas Refilling

As a scale technician! My tip for you today on the usage of digital weighing scale!

Get a solid stone or iron that atleast will weigh up to 5kg or more once you know that your scale is weighing properly or if you know that you are having profit on your 50kg cylinder.

Place the stone or the iron you have gotten on the scale but make sure the scale is on the stable and flat surface (if your scale has stab on it, the stab light will "ON" to show that the scale is stable. Mind you, if your scale not stable (not balance) on the surface, your reading can't be accurate. Once you assure that your scale is balance, place that stone or iron on the scale and write what the scale weigh at the wall of your shop in a bold figure.

Every morning, before you start selling, you will place this stone or iron on the scale to know if your scale has been reducing weight or overcasting weight by always compares the weigh figures you have written on the wall to what's on the scale.

NOTE: Scale use to high by itself and reduce by itself. That doesn't means the scale has spoil. It's only need repair by qualified scale technician.

When it is high, the customer will be saying your gas is not good and you will be losing customers.

When it is reducing, you as the seller will be having profits lost.
