How To Properly Calibrate A 100kg Scale For LPG Cooking Gas Refilling To give Accurate Readings.

If you are new to this business, you may need help on how to properly calibrate a 100kg scale. I know some of you had already saw various videos on YouTube and it just made matter worse.  These claimed gurus over the internet can actually give you the wrong advise and tutorial on scale calibration, which can cause your scale to give wrong readings than before. You will only just keep loosing gas. So, this blog article was written to tackle few of these challenges.

Here's the general steps for using a digital scale:

 First of all,

1. Power on the scale: Ensure the scale is turned on and displaying zero weight.

2. Tare the scale (if applicable): If your scale has a tare function, place the empty gas cylinder on the platform and press the tare button. This will reset the scale's weight display to zero, effectively ignoring the weight of the cylinder.

3. Place the calibration weights: Starting with the smallest weight, carefully place it on the center of the scale platform. Allow the scale to stabilize and display the weight reading.

Some of these YouTube videos on digital scale calibration do have their own negative impact on scale reading. Better tell them to get scale technician or else they will totally caused the scale reading immaculately hence cause the business to crumble.

Why not take it to where you bought it? I once bought 100kg scale, I mean the type that has the cable in its back it was just malfunctioning and I was losing gas so I had to return it. Now I'm using the 150kg scale and it working well. The 100kg with cable in it back, there's a lot of fake of it.
