The pressure of the LPG during a refill, depends and vary on the container, which explains why new gas cylinder bottles take more time to refill. This is because pressure inside a new gas cylinder bottle is very high, and no space for air is left. So, this may obstruct LPG from entering it smoothly.
Purging the air. Inside of the gas cylinder must be eliminated of air. It should have some free expansion area for enabling gas to enter into the gas cylinder bottle. However, for gas skid operators, if you are using the LPG filling system, you can alternatively use the pressure relief valve.
