To effectively do this, lets assume a customer need to refill his/her gas cylinders, lets say #1,000 (in your country currency). What you do is to divide the initial price with the asking market price per kg, lets say @ #250 per kg. The figure you get after calculation should be through amount of litre/kg you refill for the particular customers.
That is: #1,000 (initial price) ÷ #250 (market price per kg) => 4 litres (kg to be sold).
Having a calculator available nearby can come as a handy reminder. Don't use any other electronic gadgets with installed calculator apps at the gas plant, such as cell phone, as it can trigger fire or explosions.
If you noticed slow flow of LPG dispensing from the gas pump, you could check the pressure valve. Or check the storage tank gauge level indicator. If you have enough LPG in the storage tank, check the pressure relief valve, or the power supply voltage of your gas skid filling system.
Before a refill, first thing you should do is to first switch on the fuel pump dispenser, then input the amount per kg through the dashboard. Wait a few minutes after pushing the "RUN" button to open the valve of the nozzle gun. This will allow proper circulation and flow of LPG to various needed parts of the gas skid filling system so to prevent refilling compressed air.
