* Schedule your employees shifts to allow for simple coverage during the entire business day.

* Consider the safety of your employees. While most LPG gas plants operate without many incidents, accidents, but robberies do occur.
* Keep only small amounts of cash in your cash book. Put a trustworthy manager in charge of cash registers. Install a drop safe for employees to deposit cash into, including sale records for each.
* Install CCTV. Consider a 24 Hours security system with cameras.
* Clear your drop safes at the end of every business day and deposit cash to the bank.
* Your attendants must be trained on emergency response and what to do if there is gas leaks.
* Employ different workers in different post at your gas plant facility, as this will help reduce work stress loads and prevent inexperience person from ever operating pumps or control room.
* Do not allow sale staffs/gas pump attendants to ever operate control room or repair faulty machines. This should be done only by professional technicians. Also, no other person should switch on LPG gas skid apart from operators. Only gas pump attendants should be in charge of the gas sales. However, in absence of him/her, you can source from other shifts.
* All employees should be trained in fighting fire, as a fire outbreaks can happen at the gas plant facility.
* Install water taps or sprinklers at various areas around your LPG gas skid.
* Run safety checks. LPG gas plants do have some potential hazards and it's a good idea for your employees to have training in case there is a fire or explosion or any other emergency.
* Run cash reports everyday. Keeping complete inventory is one of the best ways to keep your record books and ensuring your stocks are always full. So, do your best to run cash and inventory runs everyday.
* Keep a watchful eye on your employees. When you hire someone new, you want to make sure they are doing a good job. But still, unless you are worried about the employees or gas plants. You don't need to watch them all the time. You should strive to only hire trustworthy employees.
