You may be preparing to cook food at home, for example boiling, baking or frying, then you noticed some flames floating above your cooktop of the burner, sometimes unevenly. This can be caused by the rings on the top gas cooker getting stained.
Most times, the cooking oil used - olive oil, vegetable oil, can cause stain on your pots, pans, dripping down to the gas stove burner. This then stimulates floating flames above the burner top, unevenly. The presence of grease causes an unequal flames, not following a regular pattern, not level, smooth or flat. You will notice that the flames on the cook top burner is not having the same quality in all part.
To fix this, you will need to wipe the surface with a clean towel. Make it have a clean appearance and clean surroundings, free from grease and other stains. The cook top burners also need to be free from dirt or dust by rubbing it with a dry-clean towel.
